Edwin RiveraEdwin Rivera

Edwin Rivera is one of the youngest salsa superstars on the world’s Salsa scene. Edwin of Puerto Rican origin, was born & raised in the Bronx, New York. Edwin Rivera has traveled to every single continent in the world for his performing, teaching and unique choreography skills. His ability to explain the most intricate of details, impeccable teaching techniques and amicable personality are some of the reasons why he has become one of the most sought after instructors in the world for both youth and adults. Edwin took his first dance lesson in 1997 and formed his own dance company in 2002, The Edwin Rivera Project.

 

EmilyEmily Alabi

Junior and Emily are a brother and sister team from San Francisco, CA. Junior and Emily have performed, taught, and competed all over the world. Through their dancing they have traveled and toured through most of the United States, Europe, Asia, and South America. Through the years, Junior and Emily have created their own unique style of dancing which has swept stages around the world. They are 8- time National and International Salsa Dance Champions and are the youngest solo internationally traveling couple. They are also the youngest couple to hold their own dance company called, 'Amicitia.' They have been on the cover of the world renowned ' Latin Beat Magazine' as well as the face of International Congresses around the world. They are currently one of the most sought out dance couples in the Salsa World. They are ranked 1 in the Nation and 2nd in the World.

Jerome RamosJerome Ramos

Jerome Ramos-CT/NYC/HI-Started his dance career in mambo at the age of 11, performing with the Starlite Dance Studio and the HeartBreak Boys (orginal member) directed by David Melendez. Having danced for short periods with both, he was afforded the oppurtunity to travel and perform in various places both in and out of the country. His continuing passion for dance moved him to seek out and train with a multitude of well-known instructors, and eventually landed him an oppurtunity to work with Eddie Torres and The Abakua Dance Company directed by Frankie Martinez. His dance training spans from Afro-carribean Dance to Ballroom and Beyond. A recent graduate of Hawaii Pacific University, Jerome holds a M.B.A in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. www.JRDanceStudio.com

DJ nelsonDJ Nelson

DJ Nelson is orginally from Puerto Rico. Prince in the world of Salsa, after working as a band member for Victor Manuelle, DJ Nelson turned to a professional DJ, using his skill as a musician and dancer. DJ Nelson has performed in Puerto Rico, New York, Miami, Hawaii and Japan. At present, representing the West in Fukuoka Japan.
